Structural Composition

1. Main body (sleeve): Carbon steel Q235B/stainless steel, with flange, socket short pipe.

2. Telescopic short tube: carbon steel/stainless steel, inserted into the body, adjustable length by sliding.

3. Rubber sealing ring: NBR/EPDM, trapezoidal cross-section, pressure self-tightening seal.

4. Gland Detachable Flange: Key upgrade, loosening bolts allows direct replacement of sealing rings without removing the pipeline.

5. Long force-transmitting screw nut: passes through flanges at both ends, transmits axial thrust, and prevents pull-out.

Power transmission protection: The medium pressure generates axial thrust (blind plate force), which is transmitted through a long screw to the entire pipeline without concentrating on the pump/valve, preventing equipment damage.

Installation and adjustment: The short pipe slides inside the main body, allowing adjustment ± a 30mm installation error, making flange adjustment easier.

Removable seal: The pressure cover is removable; when the sealing ring ages, it is replaced with pressure without needing to cut the pipe, making maintenance fast.

Rigid locking: After tightening the nut, a rigid connection is formed, does not absorb thermal displacement during operation, and only adjusts during installation.

1. Pump room/pump station: pump inlet and outlet, protect the pump body and prevent pull-out.

2. Valve/Water Meter: Both ends of the valve are connected, making it easy to disassemble and transmit power.

3. Municipal water supply and drainage: main pipes and long-distance pipelines, transmitting thrust.

4. Wastewater treatment/chemicals: contains particulate/corrosive media, corrosion-resistant and easy to maintain.

5. High-rise buildings: high-pressure water supply pipelines to balance blind plate forces.

 

Key Installation Points

1. Adjust the length: When installing, slide the short pipe to the appropriate length and reserve an adjustment amount.

2. Bolt tightening: The force-transmitting screw is tightened evenly diagonally, pre-tightening and then tightening to prevent uneven loading.

3. Sealing inspection: Gland bolts are tightened evenly, rubber rings are pressed tight without leaks, and slide smoothly.

4. Bracket Setup: Fixed brackets are installed at both ends to balance internal pressure thrust.

5. Maintenance space: 300mm ≥ space on the gland side for easy removal and replacement of the sealing ring.

Tightening the nut causes the elastic sealing rings to press against the outer ring of the pipe at an angle under the pressure of the nut cap, providing a seal and connection.
