Threaded rubber expansion joints are highly elastic, airtight, media-resistant, and weather-resistant pipe joints. They utilize the elasticity, high airtightness, media resistance, weather resistance, and radiation resistance of rubber, and are made by compounding high-strength, thermally and thermally stable polyester cord fabric with rubber, followed by high-pressure, high-temperature mold vulcanization.

Threaded rubber expansion joints have excellent comprehensive performance and are mainly used for lifting and transporting raw water and sewage, feedwater and cooling circulating water in thermal power plants, condensate in the metallurgical industry, pipeline transportation of chemical substances in the chemical industry, cooling and dilution in the petrochemical industry, and flexible connections between long and short-distance pipelines in other industries.
Because rubber has high wear resistance, it is also suitable for conveying granular, powdery, and gaseous materials in all industries.
Seawater, fresh water, hot and cold water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, refined oil, air, gas, steam, and particulate matter.
