The double-sphere rubber expansion joint, also known as a double-sphere vibration isolator, is made of two rubber spheres vulcanized into one piece. It has a longer expansion length and its vibration damping effect far exceeds that of a single-sphere rubber expansion joint. It is a specialized accessory for pipelines with high vibration and large displacement.
1. Double-sphere rubber body: Double-layer sphere structure with multiple layers of internal fabric for pressure enhancement, providing strong resistance to compression and tension.
2. Loose flanges at both ends: Made of carbon steel, allowing free rotation and easy alignment with bolt holes during installation.
3. Thickened inner and outer rubber: The outer rubber is resistant to aging and sun exposure, while the inner rubber is resistant to media corrosion.
4. Optional limit rod: Added to high-pressure pipelines to prevent stretching and detachment.

Relying on the superior elasticity of the double-sphere rubber:
Absorbs significant thermal expansion and contraction displacement of the pipeline.
Significantly reduces pump vibration and blocks vibration transmission throughout the entire pipeline.
To compensate for issues such as misaligned pipe installation, angular deviations, and slight foundation subsidence.
To reduce water flow impact and pipe noise.
1. Large expansion compensation, twice that of a single sphere.
2. Excellent shock absorption and noise reduction.
3. High flexibility, not easy to crack.
4. Resistant to acids and alkalis, corrosion, and aging.
5. Suitable for working conditions with large pipe deviations and strong vibrations.
6. Easy to install and disassemble, simple maintenance.
1. Locations with strong vibrations at the inlet and outlet of water pumps.
2. HVAC pipelines, central air conditioning networks.
3. Sewage treatment equipment pipelines.
4. Pipelines for corrosive chemical media.
5. Installation locations with large pipe drops and misalignments.

| Installation Method: 1. When installing the double-sphere rubber joint, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the displacement limit. 2. Tighten the bolts symmetrically and gradually to prevent local leakage. 3. For working pressures above 1.6MPa, the bolts should have elastic washers to prevent loosening during operation. 4. When installing vertically, both ends of the pipe joint should have vertical supports. Anti-pull-out devices can be used to prevent pull-out under pressure. 5. The installation location of the double-sphere rubber joint should be far away from heat sources, ozone areas, and should not be exposed to strong radiation or used with media that do not meet the requirements of this product. 6. During transportation and handling, sharp objects must not be used to scratch the surface or sealing surface of the double-sphere rubber joint. |
