A layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is laminated onto the inner wall of a regular rubber expansion joint, combining the elastic vibration damping of rubber with the strong corrosion resistance of PTFE. It is a special flexible connector for pipelines in strong acid and alkali environments, high temperatures, and high cleanliness environments.
1. Inner Liner (White): PTFE, in direct contact with the medium, resistant to strong acids and alkalis, temperature resistant, and non-adhesive.
2. Rubber Body (Black): Rubber, providing elasticity, displacement compensation, vibration damping, and noise reduction.
3. Metal Flange: Carbon steel/stainless steel

Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to acids and alkalis.
Flexible Compensation: Absorbs axial, radial, and angular displacements, reduces vibration and noise, and protects pumps, valves, and pipelines.
Reliable Sealing: Smooth inner lining prevents leakage, resists media erosion, and has a long service life.
