304/316L Stainless Steel Double Flange Torque Transmission Screw. Its core function is to transmit axial thrust, compensate for installation errors, and protect pumps and valves. Specially designed for chemical, sewage, seawater, and pump room applications.
1. Torque Protection: The blind flange force generated by medium pressure is transmitted through the long screw to the entire pipeline, preventing concentration on pumps/valves and avoiding equipment damage.
2. Installation Adjustment: The short pipe slides with axial fine-tuning of ±20–±30mm, accommodating installation deviations and flange misalignment.
3. Leak-proof Sealing: The gland evenly compresses the gasket; the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal, suitable for corrosive conditions.
4. Rigid Locking: After tightening the nuts, it forms a rigid connection and does not absorb operational thermal displacement; a bellows compensator is required.
Corrosion and Rust Resistance: 304/316L stainless steel does not rust and resists acid, alkali, seawater, and sewage, with a service life of 15 years.
Equipment Protection: Balances blind flange force, prevents tearing at pump and valve joints, and reduces support load.
Flexible Installation: Flanges can rotate; installation is possible even if misaligned, saving time and effort.
Simple Maintenance: Seal can be adjusted online without cutting the pipe.
1. Chemical Pipelines: Acid, alkali, organic solvents, and corrosive media pipelines.
2. Municipal Sewage/Seawater: Sewage treatment plants, seawater desalination, coastal pipeline networks.
3. Pump Rooms/Valves: Pump inlets and outlets, both ends of valves for pull-out prevention and torque protection.
4. Long-distance Pipelines: Sections with great foundation settlement or installation deviation.
1. Adjust Length: Slide the short pipe to the appropriate length, leaving adjustment allowance.
2. Bolt Tightening: Evenly tighten the torque transmission screws diagonally; first pre-tighten, then fully tighten to prevent eccentric load.
3. Seal Check: Gland bolts tightened evenly, gasket compacted to prevent leaks while allowing smooth sliding.
4. Support Setup: Install fixed supports at both ends to balance internal pressure thrust.
