Working Principle

1. Torque Protection: The blind flange force generated by medium pressure is transmitted through the long screw to the entire pipeline, preventing concentration on pumps/valves and avoiding equipment damage.

2. Installation Adjustment: The short pipe slides with axial fine-tuning of ±20–±30mm, accommodating installation deviations and flange misalignment.

3. Leak-proof Sealing: The gland evenly compresses the gasket; the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal, suitable for corrosive conditions.

4. Rigid Locking: After tightening the nuts, it forms a rigid connection and does not absorb operational thermal displacement; a bellows compensator is required.

Installation Points

1. Adjust Length: Slide the short pipe to the appropriate length, leaving adjustment allowance.

2. Bolt Tightening: Evenly tighten the torque transmission screws diagonally; first pre-tighten, then fully tighten to prevent eccentric load.

3. Seal Check: Gland bolts tightened evenly, gasket compacted to prevent leaks while allowing smooth sliding.

4. Support Setup: Install fixed supports at both ends to balance internal pressure thrust.
