PTFE flanged metal hoses are composite flexible pipe fittings with an inner layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and an outer layer of stainless steel corrugated/braided mesh. They combine the strong corrosion resistance of PTFE with the pressure resistance, flexibility, and vibration resistance of metal. They are mainly used in highly corrosive, high-purity, and high-temperature working conditions to transport strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and high-purity media, while absorbing pipeline displacement, vibration, and installation deviations.
Chemical Industry: Chlor-alkali, sulfuric acid/hydrochloric acid/hydrofluoric acid, dyes, intermediates, and highly corrosive media transportation.
Strong Corrosion Resistance: Replaces ordinary metal/rubber, extending service life by 3–5 times.
Wide Temperature and Pressure Range: -196℃～260℃, vacuum up to 2.5MPa, widely adaptable to various operating conditions.
Flexible Vibration Damping: Multi-directional compensation, vibration absorption and noise reduction, protecting pumps and valves.
Safe Sealing: Crimping process, no leakage under high pressure, suitable for harsh operating conditions.
