This flexible connection combines grooved quick-installation with stainless steel corrugated steel and braided mesh sleeves. It requires no welding, offers fast installation, and is temperature and pressure resistant. Ideal for fire protection, HVAC, water supply and drainage, and pump rooms.
1. Stainless Steel Corrugated Pipe (Inner Pipe): 304/316L, annular/spiral corrugated, offering good flexibility and temperature and pressure resistance.
2. Stainless Steel Braided Mesh Sleeve: 304 steel wire braiding, enhancing pressure resistance, preventing corrugated pipe bursting, and resisting vibration.
3. Grooved Joints (Both Ends): Carbon steel/stainless steel grooved ends, rolled butt joints, requiring no welding or flanges.
4. Sealing Rings: NBR/EPDM, C-shaped triple seal, leak-proof under high pressure.
Flexible Compensation: Absorbs axial ±20–50mm, lateral ±10–30mm, and angular ≤15° displacement caused by corrugated pipe expansion and contraction.
Vibration and noise reduction: Isolates water pump/equipment vibration, reducing noise by 20–30dB, protecting pipelines and valves.
Groove sealing: Groove clamps tighten the rubber ring; the higher the pressure, the tighter the seal, ensuring quick installation and a secure seal.

1. Pipe Grooving: Groove the pipe end to a standard groove, ensuring it is clean and free of burrs and oil.
2. Socket Fitting: Insert the grooved end of the flexible hose into the pipe groove, aligning it with the clamp.
3. Clamp Tightening: Secure the stainless steel grooved clamp tightly, tightening the bolts evenly diagonally to ensure a leak-proof seal.
4. Unrestricted Flow Direction: Can be installed horizontally or vertically; no directional restrictions on the medium.
5. Anti-Pull-Off: Install a limit rod/anti-pull-off clamp at the high-pressure/pump outlet.
